Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hopper AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

Upon payment of the one-time fee ($2.99), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hopper AI for personal use on your WearOS and Android devices.

This license includes:

Lifetime access to the app and its features
All future updates and improvements
Use on multiple devices associated with your Google Play account

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing and maintaining your own OpenAI API key
All costs associated with your OpenAI API usage
Ensuring your use of the app complies with OpenAI's terms of service
Maintaining the security of your API key and device
Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

OpenAI API Usage

Hopper AI requires you to provide your own OpenAI API key. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agree to OpenAI's terms of service and usage policies
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your API usage
Hopper AI is not responsible for any issues with OpenAI's service
Your API key and conversations are transmitted directly to OpenAI

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hopper AI to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

Hopper AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The app is free of viruses or harmful components
Results obtained from the app will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopper AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or information
Loss of profits or revenue
Costs of obtaining substitute services
OpenAI API charges or costs

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled through the Google Play Store according to their refund policies. Please refer to Google Play's terms for information about refund eligibility and procedures.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue features at any time
Update these terms of service with notice
Release updates and improvements to the app

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Hopper AI at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
